zs777g Platform User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and zs777g (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the zs777g website accessible at zs777g.cam, together with all associated services, features, applications and content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall bear the meanings set out below:

Access to the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before an Account may be opened or used:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm the minimum age applicable to you. We reserve the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling in their jurisdiction are not eligible to open an Account.
3. Geographic Restrictions: Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is wholly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to access or use the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your specific location. We do not represent that access from any particular country — including Pakistan — is lawful under local law.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances arising from Terms violations.
5. Not a Current Employee: Employees, directors, agents, contractors and immediate family members of persons employed by the Platform operator are not eligible to open or use an Account.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and chosen account currency (PKR).

Before processing your first withdrawal, increasing deposit limits or at any other time at the operator's discretion, you may be required to submit identity verification documents under our KYC process. Acceptable documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address not older than three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence); and
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of request may result in Account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account whilst your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately through the support channels detailed in Section 15.

You are required to keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, payment details or contact information must be reported to our support team promptly. The name on your Account must match the name on your payment account — discrepancies may cause withdrawal delays or refusals.

Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods currently available in the Cashier section of the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of deposit. Funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

Payment method references displayed on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are provided for user context only. They do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those providers, a confirmation of affiliation with zs777g, or a guarantee that those methods are currently available for transactions. Always verify current availability in the live Cashier panel.

Cryptocurrency deposits (where supported, including BTC and USDT) are subject to the applicable blockchain confirmation requirements and the exchange rates applied at the time of crediting.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit to your Account, or to a verified payment account in your own name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before withdrawals can be processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated balance becomes withdrawable;
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period at the operator's discretion — no specific timeframe is guaranteed;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply as displayed in the Cashier panel;
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as a fraud-prevention measure.

Accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where currency conversion is required (for example, with cryptocurrency transactions), the exchange rate applied will be determined by the operator at the time of the transaction. No responsibility is accepted for fluctuations in exchange rates.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the Platform:

1. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play odds may be subject to delay and change; the odds confirmed at bet acceptance are those that apply.
2. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
3. Where an event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or otherwise does not reach a settlement conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed for that event.
4. Cricket markets — including PSL T20 franchise matches, ICC tournament fixtures, Test and ODI series involving the Pakistan national team — are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules displayed within each market.
5. We reserve the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a mis-priced market, or placed in circumstances that constitute abuse, exploitation of system errors, or collusion.
6. Accumulators and combination bets are settled according to the rules applicable to each individual selection. Voiding one leg of an accumulator does not automatically void the entire bet — settlement follows the applicable market rules.
7. Live (in-play) betting markets are offered subject to operator discretion and may be suspended or closed at any time. We accept no liability for bets not accepted during live market suspensions.

All bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions and other incentives offered by zs777g are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple, qualifying bet types and minimum odds requirements are specified in each promotion's terms. You must complete the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived balance becomes available for withdrawal.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in the additional bonus being voided.

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any attached wagering requirements that have not been completed by the stated expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

We reserve the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds from any Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets across multiple accounts to complete wagering requirements; using software to exploit promotional structures; or coordinating with other users to exploit bonus conditions. In such cases, any resulting winnings may also be forfeited.

The existence of a current promotion does not create an obligation on zs777g to offer similar promotions in the future. Promotions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

zs777g is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR;
• Loss Limits: Cap cumulative losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum active session durations with automated notifications and logouts;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure for a specified minimum period, during which marketing communications will also cease.

Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. You must not attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account or accessing the Platform via alternative means.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

1. Using the Platform if you are under the minimum permitted age or from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited;
2. Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account;
3. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interfere with the Platform;
5. Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion with other users;
6. Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from such exploits may be voided;
7. Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes;
8. Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users;
9. Copying, scraping or reproducing Platform content, odds data or software without express written authorisation.

Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to relevant authorities and/or legal action as appropriate.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, odds data and game content — is owned by or licensed to zs777g and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from zs777g.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs777g and its directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform, including losses incurred as a result of sports outcomes, casino game results or instant game outcomes;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Loss or corruption of data, technical failures, server outages or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Actions of third-party payment providers, network operators or banking institutions that delay or prevent deposit or withdrawal transactions;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including Account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.

Nothing in this clause shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending withdrawal, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft or exploitation of Platform systems;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Direction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Your own request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gambling tools.

Where an Account is closed due to a User's own voluntary request (other than self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC clearance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its operating licence. Details of the applicable licensing jurisdiction are published in the operator's official platform documentation.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction. You agree that disputes shall first be referred to our support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the applicable dispute resolution procedures as set out in the operator's licensing terms shall apply.

This Agreement does not constitute legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful under applicable local law.

zs777g reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address on record or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through our support team.
